Too often important terms are overlooked in contracts and the outcome is not necessarily what was intended by the parties.  Courts strictly construe contracts, meaning that they look at them word for word and don’t take into account the intention of the parties.  Every word counts.  We understand this and draft every contract to fit the situation.
